Hydrogen (H) Deuterium (D) Tritium (T)
Hydrogen is the only element whose isotopes have different names and these names are still commonly used today. H-1 and H-2 are stable isotopes where as H-3 is a radio-isotope with a half life of roughly 12.5 years. Isotopes of Hydrogen with 3,4,5 and 6 neutrons have also been synthesised in labs, however H,D and T are the only naturally occurring ones.
